SkyProfile Privacy Policy

SkyProfile is made by Marvin Manu. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the SkyProfile app on iPhone or Android.

The short version

SkyProfile does not collect, store or share any of your data. There is no account and no sign-up, and nothing you enter leaves your phone.

What you enter

Names, birth dates, birth times, birth places, journal notes and settings are saved only on your device. Every chart and reading is calculated on the device. We can't see this information, and it is never sent to us or anyone else.

Photos

If you choose to save a chart image, SkyProfile asks for permission to add it to your photo library. It only adds the images you make. It never reads or uploads your photos.

Notifications

Daily lines, weekly recaps and sky alerts are scheduled on your device. No notification service receives your chart.

App updates

The app may check our update service (Expo) for a newer version of its own code. This check sends technical details such as the app version and platform, but no personal information or chart data.

No tracking

SkyProfile has no ads, no analytics, no crash reporting and no tracking of any kind.

Sharing

Images you share go only where you send them, through your phone's own share sheet.

Children

SkyProfile does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Deleting your data

Delete a saved chart inside the app, or delete the app to remove everything it stored.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
