Common questions

I don't know my birth time. Leave it out. SkyProfile says so clearly and skips the parts that depend on it, like your rising sign and houses. It can also help you narrow the time down from life events.

Where is my data? Only on your phone. There's no account, so nothing is backed up by us. Deleting the app deletes everything it stored.

The share image won't save. Allow SkyProfile to add photos in your phone's settings, then try again.

Notifications aren't arriving. Turn them on in SkyProfile's Settings and in your phone's notification settings.
